Karuna Reiki
Karuna Reiki is a highly developed, ancient and intuitive method of compassionate, gentle healing.

Within every individual there is a healing force.  The strength of this force depends upon past trauma, and limiting beliefs held within the body.  Holding fear within diminishes the power of the force.  Also, energy is consumed by warding off the stresses and expectations of the modern world.

Most of us are out of balance and alignment with our natural selves, and our natural healing abilities.  Reiki serves to correct this and to nourish this healing force.

Symptoms are an attempt of the body to heal.  They are a response of the body or mind, asking for our attention.  Thus, true healing is not just eliminating the symptoms.  True healing is finding the cause.  With Reiki, a healer's hands will locate the cause of the body's distress and then treat it.  If we do not pay attention to early symptoms, more changes happen in the body's cells, which are more difficult to reverse.

Often, with Reiki, the cause of the disease will be revealed in the form of old negative beliefs about the self.  These can also be treated with Reiki and replaced with healthy affirmations.

Massage
Joanne's healing technique provides a deep healing massage, which assists in removing blockages and pain in the body, and assists the body's natural ability to heal.  Also balancing body energy promotes faster recovery from injury, surgery and diseases.  Combining crystals and Reiki with a healing massage increases the benefits and accelerates one's healing process.
